The Fareham West District AGM
will be held
Tuesday 29th June 2021 starting at 7:30pm

This is your opportunity to review how our District Executive Committee have supported Scouting in Fareham West over the last year and to approve the Executive Committee for the coming year. Working together on a shared view makes the District stronger. The AGM will also approve the Annual Accounts and Annual Report for submission to County and the Charity Commission.
Leaders, Sectional Assistants, Occasional Helpers, Executive Members, Network, Active Support and Explorer Parents are invited to join us. If you are currently not a stakeholder in our District but would like to attend please contact email@example.com
We are always looking for inspirational volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering with us please complete the attached nomination forms and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 18th June 2021.
